Last year I had a great experience with a water heater replacement by Herrell and called on them again this week for a blocked drain line. Aaron and Bobby were top notch - knowledgeable, professional, friendly and clean in their work. The technicians always finish the job faster than I expect, the price seems fair and I've liked the quality of the results. Herrell Plumbing did a great job today! We had a clog in one of our lines going out to the main drain. I called on Wednesday and they arrived right on time on Thursday to fix the issue. He was professional and talked me through the process while he used the camera to show me the "health" of my pipes. He was here less than an hour and found the problem, cleared everything out and then fixed the hardened build up in one portion of our pipe that would of allowed paper to stick and eventually have future issues! Had a water heater leak yesterday on a 20 year old unit that needed to be replaced: Contacted Harrell at 9 am the next morning and had a plumber out stocked with a brand new 40 gallon water heater within an hour and a half of calling. Less than 2 hours of work and I have a brand new working water heater for $650 less than 2 competitor’s quotes. Heath was my plumber. He was kind, efficient and was in and out like nothing happened. 10/10 experience.Service: Water heater installation
