Update: In the beginning, I was really excited coming here and really enjoyed my experience when Hannah was working here because she made each appointment fun and fabulous. The only reason why I leave this review a bit lower than I would prefer for this location is because they really try to push the membership on you, and it makes me really uncomfortable. So I booked a service that was a transfer gift from a friend. When I get to the appointment they tell me the transfer expired 2 days earlier. Wasted my time. Why didn’t they tell me at booking or with appointment reminder that this was expiring? Booked this over a week ago. Whatever happened to customer service, and admitting that it was their mistake? You could’ve won back a patron. This place used to be better, more trustworthy.Update: Thank you for rectifying this and allowing me to use the transfer gift. Updated to 3 stars from 1 star.

After 7 years of membership across 2 states and multiple locations this is by far my favorite. Excellent massage therapists and aestheticians (Hannah is a miracle worker!). It is pricey, however it is also an enjoyable experience worth treating yourself to.
