The office staff is always friendly. I've had mixed review in the past but since then the previous doctor I saw has left. My most recent visit was much more pleasant and quick. The front office staff helped me with bill payment and my questions, I didn't feel rushed during my appointment and I was spoken to professionally. The girls working always make me feel comfortable.

The personnel is friendly. But, I am disappointed with my first appointment with Dr. Bracero.He doesn't explain you anything, he doesn’t advise you. It's a routine doctor and no make time for questions. I felt he was in a hurry.For being a new patient I was expecting basic questions about my clinic history.

The staff & doctors are knowledgeable in their field, friendly & professional. They offer a wide range of services as well. I would recommend this office to both friends & family.
