this was my first pole class ever, it was AMAZING!!! ms. jae was a phenomenal instructor, loved the atmosphere and i highly recommend coming to her studio if you’re looking for somewhere to let loose and have fun!☺️

I booked a last minute private pole class here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The facility was clean and organized. The instructor was great! She made everything look easy and was super fun to learn from. My friends and I had such a great night and I’m confident we will be back for some classes.

From day one, I felt welcomed by a community of like-minded individuals who were all on their own unique fitness journeys and the exceptional instructors at the den <3 Their passion for what they do is palpable, and their dedication to helping each and every woman succeed is unparalleled. The positive vibes that radiate among the ladies there are truly infectious, creating an environment where you can't help but be motivated to push your limits.As someone who started with very little fitness background, I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to commit.
