By far, the best veterinarian I've been to! Dr. Dietter, Carmel, and every staff member I've met have been AMAZING. Compassionate, patient, and friendly. I found a very sickly, four-week-old kitten and they were able to see me the next day. I don't think she'd be here today without them ? An affordable and extremely competent animal hospital.
We have the best experience at Silver Springs Shores animal hospital. Everyone from the moment I walked into the front door with the sweetest receptionist ever to back in the back with all the ladies who just loved on her. I was a little nervous because Scott's not a people person because if her mommy is not in the room when things are done it doesn't usually go well that's why I tried to hide! Your entire staff handled her with the most loving and thoughtful care
I just can't say enough about Silver Springs Shores Animal Hospital! They helped us out a week ago during a doggo emergency during the hurricane and impressed us so much that we brought our other 2 pooches to them today as new patients. We were into our appointment right on time, which we booked through their online app--which is AMAZING! You can handle most of your dogs care/questions without a visit or a call through the app. They have the nicest staff/techs/vets who treated our dogs like their own and gave our anxious old man tons of loves until he was comfortable.
