I heartily recommend Tropical Roofing Services. The owner, Kevin Cristo, called me immediately after I made an online request for leak repair. He came and inspected the roof within 48 hours on a weekend. His inspection was thorough and he explained his findings and provided me with a good estimate. On my approval of the work, he came again and matched the shingles. In a few days they were available and he returned with his crew. He supervised the work which was done in a day. Hired Kevin/Tropical for partial roofing job repair to a two year old roof... My roof had been 100% replaced in May’2020... Hurricane Ian thru tree limbs into roof breaking concrete tiles...A year after Ian my insurance company finally suggested partial repairs... Kevin gave me a fair estimate to do repairs... He arrived a week later to do jobs for me & my next door neighbor — both jobs done concurrently ... I will highly recommend Tropical roofing for jobs!

Worked with Kevin on doing Hurricane Ian roof damage repairs... Was partial repair job... He offered a price estimate including concrete tiles, I told him that I had tile from original reroofing from two years prior... He reduced price & schedule roof repair job for the very next week... Kevin is absolutely great vendor, I highly recommend him & Tropical for roofing work... my neighbor likes his work too, Kevin did partial roof repair to both our roofs on same day!
