I am very pleased with the Home Repairs and Home Improvements Scott recently handled for me. Scott is a professional who truly cares about the quality of his work. Every project Scott completed for me whether large or small - Scott delivered the same high-quality work ethic. Scott also left my home in the same clean state he found it in when he arrived; he completed the work; and, left my home free of materials on the floor, as well as, removed all boxes/packaging. Scott is a very competent and highly-skilled handyman!
Had Scott move my mailbox closer to the street. It was almost a foot back and the mail carrier kept putting a rut in the ground in front so they could reach it. Scott was on time, quick, and finished the job at a fair price. He left the area looking like it hadn't been touched! Clean and neat!
Scott from Rosa’s general maint has helped us out a number of times with roof leaks and repairs to soffits. He is reliable and shows up. Makes fast work and finishes when he says he will. Has also referred us to a great painter. I rely on Scott when something comes up and know that I can just email him. Most recently he repaired a roof leak in Feb 2024, but has helped us when needed since 2017.
