Millennium Physician Group - North Port Lab

I love this group! I am a retired RN from the northeast who always thought we had the best healthcare; we had the big teaching hospitals, the biggest and brightest......until I moved here. What I love is that all my caregivers are female. As a former infection control officer I'm impressed with the level of protection and professionalism I've witnessed. Everyone here is courteous, helpful and supportive. Thank you all my people at Millennial.

Service was fine and they were pleasant to me. However while in the waiting room, they were loudly complaining about patients descriptivley. Extremely unprofessional and not very reassuring while waiting to go in.

Lab work completed on my immediate family member on Friday December 1st. MULTIPLE (OVER 5) samples collected. Large sample.Over a week and: no posted results to patient portal, no phone call with results; the actual specialist who ordered the work was not provided the results neither was the primary physician. Zero communication.ALL Appears to be LOST.Failed to recognize handicap needs during visit.Do not recommend this location. Was first time going there for anything. Never had an issue with the Englewood location.
