I absolutely love Miss Nelda, I get so much out of my gentle yoga ??‍♀️ She educates you about your body and why certain stretches are so important for your overall health. She’s both patient and firm, because she won’t have you hurt yourself trying to do things that are not within your reach, love that about this lady. I highly recommend!!! ♥️

Nelda is an amazing instructor that has a huge heart for her students. This is a no nonsense studio that gives active feedback on your practice. Experienced practitioners and Novices alike have something to gain by attending.

Nelda is a rare gem!! As an advanced Yogi she is a wonderful asset to other yogis deepening their practice! She is an authentic teacher who is very versed in yoga therapies from many different yoga lineages. Her Thai massage was AMAZING! I had so much healing and a major breakthrough in just one session!
