Upon first contact we were met with a professionalism seldom found these days, Bill was able to make our appt. Promptly which was important to our deadline. Thankfully his inspection uncovered issues that were unseen by our untrained eyes, and sensing our disappointment that the house was not an option for us anymore, he was kind and reassuring that something else will come along. thankful for the compassion,we will absolutely call Duval Home Inspection for our next inspection.
