The technician was excellent diagnose the problem fixed it And taught me what to do in the future. I have a dryer booster pump on my dryer. The technician knew all about it. My less than one year old dryer wasn't drying in an efficient or timely manner. When I called the store of purchase I was told to first have my dryer vent checked.
