“Above and beyond! I thought they were coming in to fix the joists so this old house wouldn’t collapse. I had no idea about all the other things that would happen due to their work. The whole frame of the house was straightened. The doors don’t stick. The ceilings are straight. I thought our original hard wood floors were rotten because the felt so soft. Not anymore! They feel normal and don’t need to be replaced! Such beautiful floors! There’s so much more that I’m sure I’ll remember after I post this. I would recommend anyone with an old above grade home to contact Sweet Water Preservation to see if their house would benefit them even if you are not aware of problems. Plan early though as it takes a while to get them. I would also like to add that Jake has the highest integrity and is a truly good person. One more add...they did a lot more than promised! Highly recommend. Thank you! Wood house built in 1957, that was poorly cared for by previous owners.“
