Called them on Wednesday night late. Picked up when I called after 8:30. Said they could be out on Thursday. Came out on Thursday and quickly assessed the situation and fixed my problem. Got me up and running immediately. I only had to suffer one night through not having any air-conditioning and he got me up and running. Came home after a long day and it was 72 and wonderful in my house. I appreciate you guys. Thank you for coming out so quickly and fixing my issue. Highly recommend. Very reasonable.

Air Professionals always come through for me. They have reasonable pricing. They don't try to up sell you on anything you don't need. They give suggestions on how to keep your unit working better and longer. They always answer or call back asap. I will always use them over any other company.

I called Air Professionals yesterday afternoon after our A.C. started having problems keeping the house cool even though it was blowing cool air. John told me a couple of things that could be wrong and after further explanation of what was going on figured out that it was a quick fix we could handle ourselves with his guided expertise. It turned out to be a clogged drain line that we managed to unclog and fix without having to need someone to come out and fix it. He continued to keep in contact if we needed any further help or had any questions. He saved us having to spend over $100!
