This office is actually getting worse. First off, I love Dr. Dominguez and his P.A. Jill Hooks. They provide thorough excellent care. Also, I have always been very satisfied with the clinical aspects of the group. However, the supporting office operation is a mess. During this past experience, I faxed in information and a request and received no response. I sent a second request in 2 days later and still no response. I called and was on hold for over 20 minutes, so I hung up. I called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes before I got a chance to leave a message. When in the office the front office personnel is never friendly or welcoming, and there is an overall sense that they don't want to be there. This office operation needs a major overhaul. This office is a quintessential example of poor customer service.

The place is very clean and organized, since you arrive the staff welcomes you very kindly. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Tano and Dr. Priscilla who show that they care about their patients and treat you as family, I consider they're very good human beings and helped me solve my problem. I'm very grateful to have been there.

Wonderful staff I love the facility to make an appointment here. The doctors are very very nice and they actually remember even though it's been a year since you've seen them!
