I've had a great experience visiting the office. Very friendly and accommodating front desk and nice and knowledgeable Doctor Stern. I was in and out in 30 minutes which included comprehensive eye exam and frame selection. Highly recommend this office.

This wasn't surprisingly me from what I has been gone to fe different dr stern visual centers from my experience compare like others, no one deserve to get mistreated when he or she made appointment by phone call... finding it extremely disgusting,aggorant, inconsiderate, & unprofessional! This is my final straw, my hueband, myself, and the sign language translator never I'll come back here to use this nastiest office through any of services under by dr stern visual centers corporation anymore forever!!!! Take this wise advice, call your health insurance to find you. Excellent eye Specialost (optometrists) by four or five stars!!!

Tiny, dirty office with old dusty equipment and an optometrist who did not seem to know what she was doing. They refused to honor my insurance unless a purchased new frames. I wanted to change lenses on expensive Italian frames. Even if I wanted to purchase frames, the selection was very small and overpriced. I left thinking that the place is a complete scam. I wrote a letter to Stern. I am retired CEO - I was brief and quite restrained. Nevertheless I did not receive the courtesy of a reply. The failure to respond speaks volumes about the lack of quality management.
