I was skeptical about coming into a new salon, as I had a terrible experience at the last place I went to. The next hair salon had to be perfect or I would give up having my hair done, messy bun for life. So, I checked Google reviews and Facebook and found that Trilogy was the winner for me.As soon as I walked into the Trilogy Salon I was greeted by warm smiles and a great vibe. I did an online appointment by any tech available and I had forgotten who was working on me today. I soon learned that Nelly would be the one who had to deal with my wants, needs and demands. Nelly is a godsend, especially for textured and curly hair. I went in today after going almost 2 years without a haircut because I was too nervous to trust anyone new after moving from my home state, but I knew I couldn’t keep putting it off. Not only did she talk me through everything she was doing, but she looked for my approval in taking off length AND educated me on the products to use going forward to help restore my mane to its former glory. I will be coming back here again and again. Love the trilogy team! ❤️
