Went to LL Flooring on New Haven in Melbourne, Florida and was greeted by a sales staff that knew their product. The salesperson Bill guided us through the process of all that we would need to put their product in our home. Bill gave us tips on subtleties they we could use as we installed our flooring. We're very happy with the product and impressed to know that the LL Flooring Corporation are hiring staff like Bill who knows what they are selling. Bought flooring and installation months ago and was pleased with both. A few days ago noticed a problem with the transition to the lanai. Called LL (Melbourne). They agreed right away to fix it and sent someone out to fix it THAT DAY!! And did fix that relatively minor problem!!
