Kim's experience and knowledge landed us a home we didn't think was possible. She was even able to negotiate the price below asking! Not only that, but she cares about her clients. She always went out of her way to check the big ticket items on the list that some people may not think about, i.e., roofs, ac, water heaters, appliances, etc just to be sure everything is in good working condition. If I had a question she was always available to answer them. I would highly recommend Kim! Again, thank you again for all your help!
