I came in for an allergic reaction to mosquito bites. They saw me for maybe 10 min then prescribed me an antibiotic cream. I just received a bill for over $350 after insurance which is insane considering I recently got a whole brain EKG at Sinai for almost the same price. If I knew cream was going to cost that much I would have just suffered through to Monday that’s absolutely ridiculous. Definitely recommend avoiding and driving up to Naples instead for urgent care.
When I went here last year the medical staff was unprofessional and rude. The wait was unbelievably long and was here at least 5 hours. Reminded me of an emergency room. The wait didn't bother me nearly as much as the rude medical staff. I haven't been back and I plan on keeping it that way.
Very pleasant experience with this urgent care for my daughter, who showed signs of strep throat while on family vacation. Was seen immediately, staff was pleasant and genuinely interested in her and her antibiotic history.
