Shout Out to Pat Green Heating & Cooling for EXCELLENT SERVICE within an hour of calling. I discovered my outside unit was not running when I saw my thermostat (set at 76*) was reading 86*!!!! Alex arrived at my home just shortly after I called and it was actually pouring rain. He decided to wait and the rain lightened up and held my umbrella for him as he tested and discovered the capacitor on the outside unit. What a Godsend. And he saved me from either paying an after hours rate(double) or having to sleep in the heat until the next day! I would recommend them to anyone needing EXCELLENT, TIMELY service. Mary Gene Smith
Derrick is the BEST! Was prompt (as always). Quickly diagnosed and repaired problem with splitter. Cool air rolling again. Highly recommend PG and Derrick specifically. He is knowledgeable, polite, prompt and efficient.
My A/C stopped working on a Friday afternoon. They arrived within the hour, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. They even gave me a few tips to prevent it from happening again. I will definitely use them in the future!
