I always recommend Body & Soul to my friends when they want to be pampered so yesterday I decided to treat myself. Karen was my massage therapist and I had the best, most relaxing massage I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Karen!

Michele is AMAZING! I got my roots done, a trim, and keratin. Michele understands hair, color, and important for me: curly hair. I’m obsessed with my hair. This is my second visit with her and I’m so glad I found her. I have hair cut anxiety and Michele was patient and listened. She cut just the right amount to make sure I wasn’t unhappy. Her attention to detail is unreal! I’ve never had a stylist spend so much time blow drying and styling to make sure everything is perfect. Prices are reasonable and location is great with free parking. Definitely recommend Michele!

Alex did my nails so amazing! She is really talented and super sweet to boot. I've been to this spa 3 times and had a different girl each time. I must say, I found the artist I was looking for. I will ask for her again next time around? also L did a great job on my very curly hair,amazing as well! Thanks for a nice retreat ❤️
