I've had 3 different lawn companies that all started good and finished poorly. Since using Heron it has been better. The one thing that I hate is being lied to and excuses. Kay Sellers has been amazing to work with. Any problem I've had has been dealt with immediately and solved. She actually was on her hands and knees pulling unwanted weeds off my lawn for an hour in the hot sun. Everything isn't going to be perfect but at least I know with Kay that things will get taken care of with no bull.... excuses. I don't know who's in charge at Heron but if you have employees that follow her example you will be fine. Thanks again for my great service!!

When this company took over our lawn it was all dead. After they took over our yard looks green and amazing ! They always do follow up calls to make sure we are satisfied with the service

Since retiring & moving to Lake County 7 years ago we have hired out lots of maintenance items that we previously did ourselves. We had to fire several lawn/pest services before we finally got SMART and hired Heron. We have been completely pleased for the last many months with their professionalism from the office staff to the technicians for all of the different services necessary to keep the indoor/outdoor to the standard of first class that we require. Thank you ALL Heron staffers for doing such a wonderful JOB.
