The Doctor is very insensitive and unprofessional. She doesn't address any of her patients by name. Talking to two patients, she points and says, "You have a seat, and you come with me!" She took my legally-blinded mother into her examination room where she keeps the lights off... my mom couldn't see after leaving the bright lobby area into the dark exam room. The office is great! The Doctor... needs a tummy tuck and an attitude adjustment!

They left a message that my mom's glasses were ready, in the message they told us the hours they were open. We got there and an employee came to the door and said they were closed for lunch. We talked her into getting the glasses for us, but we had to wait outside. My mom had to try them on outside, looking at her reflection in the window glass. She asked if the stems could be tightened. Again we had to wait outside while that was done. All this is happening while we can see another customer inside being waited on. This could have all been avoided if in the message they left they told us the hours they were closed for lunch. The glasses were fine, but we were very disappointed...read full review

The people trying to sell glasses insisted the insurance company doesn't know what they are doing...the man was very rude & when I offered to call the insurance co for benefit verification he literally told me that we're done here, and to leave the store. WOULD BE ER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
