GCS was hired by my homeowner's insurance to do a roof replacement. Initially, I was unhappy with not being to pick my own roofer (look up Right to Repair) but it turned out to be a blessing. The GCS team did a great job on the roof and follow up on the handful of punch list items. They took care to make sure the leak prone areas of our roof received extra care, replacing flashing, stucco, new fascia & soffits and getting it to look like new. GCS did a wonderful job with my mold remediation issues. The crew was very considerate and understanding of the disruption created by the need for demolition, the noise of the machines, and the loss of use of my kitchen. They did everything within their power to make life bearable for me, and were friendly and courteous throughout including maintaining a clean and neat workspace. Next up is the kitchen reconstruction.
