The technicians in Key West are really great. They are considerate of your property, animals and home when on site and knowledgeable in especially pesky pests we're prone to in the area. All the techs have been great but Matt Zeitzmann has been especially helpful. The technicians, and Matt particularly, are the reason we stayed with Terminix after a few administrative and back office issues. If you can get through the initial inspection process and some local administrative issues, the technicians are really the ones who carry the company and are worth using this company.
