“I can see again!!! lol. I had lost yet another pair of RX glasses and had a recent move back to Miami; timing, right! I found this business via my insurance company. I needed to get out of my reliable but very unattractive standbys that refuse to ever get lost or stolen. Good choice, the doctor was professional and I was seen on time; he also was not a "salesman" - my final choice was made purely by me coming home and evaluating what he said. That was nice. There are some ladies that work the other parts of the office and they are all really nice and also professional. My glasses did take a little shine to complete but it was not the fault of the business: 1. I had to figure out what I wanted for my rx and for new frames. They have a decent selection but it ultimately went with what's familiar - tortoise look Tom Ford, had to order them 2. My insurance company was just dead slow making the lens. But all was good in the end. Finally, if I could take off .25 stars it would be for the name. I live in midtown / edge water so based on the name I assumed it was like literally in my back yard. It was not terribly far but did require a car. I'm not too familiar with the whole area as yet, may e that location is midtown kind too? But I saw a sign that said I was in Model City? Anyhow, I do recommend them.“

“I dont know where did u guys went, but if it is the same office in Miracle Mile almost at Brickell I think that maybe the problem were them. I switched o.d just because I didnt like the staff of my previous one. I have been to many dr. offices in miami and this guys are the warmest and coolest people I ve seen. Remember people treat you back as you treat them, if you are cold with someone they will be cold with you. This is the only O.D that has gotten the right prescription for my contacts ever, I ve been to doctors here in other countries. The dr. is superprofessional and talks to you and explains. The guy in the reception and the lady in the prescription office are supernice. If you want to be treated good go here.“

I can only say that after wearing glasses all my life trying the Ortho K (contact lenses that shape your eye while you sleep) was AMAZING!!! Waking up with perfect vision.
