My AC stopped working when my google nest(?) went off line. Even when I got it back online it did nit work. Safe streets had installed these with my alarm. It was middle if heat wave and Strret Smart said they could not come for three days.
I began calling hvac companies. Left a message on many answering machines. Within an hour the owner, Steve, from Complete Environmental solutions called and tried to walk me through repair. Then he said “it’s so hot I’m driving home. I can stop by. I won’t have all the tools I like but maybe I can help.” And he did!
Amazing ! Next day his crew completed the job.
