“Jupiterfooddiary here! While grabbing a bite at Papa Kwan's in the plaza, my boyfriend decided to get a quick haircut at the Mariner's which is just a few steps away. The cut was great! It was exactly what he was looking for. The owners were very kind and welcoming, the price was reasonable, and there is an adorable dog that sits by the front door to greet customers. Overall, this is a great place to stop by for a haircut - especially if you're in the area grabbing coffee or produce in the plaza!“
