Spencer went above and beyond to get my AC up and running after it went out in the middle of the night. Recommended by close friends, he came out first thing and had my system working in no time.
He also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent future issues, which I really appreciated. My unit has several issues, and although I wasn't able to make some of the longterm needed improvements, Spencer went above and beyond to make sure the unit was working to the best of its ability, even following up to ensure it was working well.
