Nicole who teaches Wednesdays (and some Fridays) is an incredible instructor; she’s extremely knowledgeable but also so inclusive and accommodating across all levels, and I always leave her class feeling amazing. All the staff at Soluna (as well as the owners), are so friendly, attentive, and sincere in everything they do. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and has a great warm atmosphere.
