I've never written a review for Nail Time before but it's been my go-to for pedi and manicures for year now. Previously, the service was always top notch, I gave them glowing work of mouth reviews whenever coworkers or friends would ask about a nail salon. But this past Sunday I went in for a pedi with a friend and didn't have a great time. My tech, I don't recall her name don't think she told me, seemed impatient and irritated. She seemed to rush trimming my cuticles, poked under two of my toe nails with a perfunctory swipe sort of half hearted under nail clean and just didn't give good vibes. Always do a great job, and my nails are so strong after 1 hot-stone mani. The reflexology mani/pedi is great as well.
Love the ambiance as well. I rarely get my nails done but always go here when I treat myself.

The Vietnamese atmosphere and decor is explicit, everyone is very friendly and the gentleman at the first table on the right was very gentle while doing my nails. I was very satisfied.
