I love Julie! This was my first time I worked with her. She definitely listens and can style hair in a fashionable way. I had long hair and asked her to make it short but however she wanted. She gave me this cute bob that people won't stop complimenting me on! Fellow Asians! This is your girl! Also, I saw her last customer leave and she had amazing balayage.
