I had the best experience here yesterday as a first time floater. I was slightly nervous, but Jordan immediately put my mind at ease and she was so kind and helpful. She walked me through the entire process and explained everything step by step. She made my first trip an awesome one. I’m so thankful I chose H2OM for my first float experience!!
Jordan was so friendly and amazing when I called for information about the experience. She recommended times and features to try. When I came for my appointment, the employee was friendly and explained everything to me and gave good tips on getting the best experience. I was hoping my mind would shut off so I could relax but it didn’t. That’s just not me I guess. But the experience did help to relieve some achy muscles. I can appreciate the benefit of this to try it again and I thank the staff for giving a great first impression.
Everything from the atmosphere to staff was amazing. While the float itself was an incredible experience, the staff attentiveness and friendliness was definitely worth the 5 stars in itself. The place was clean, organized, and the aesthetic was so serene and relaxing. It was my first time floating, and was such an amazing experience, I plan on signing up for the membership!!!!!
