Frustrating! Upon scheduling my first appt.for an All Body scan I was told Karen is particular about showing up on time. She was 60 minutes late taking me back. I'm back today as that scan didn't happen because she didn't have enough time. Now im sitting here waiting, undressed in a paper gown and have been waiting again. So far she's 25 minutes late...

I was seen by Addie for a facial. The receptionist was very friendly and I was actually taken a few minutes early. Addie suggested a TCA Peel. She walked me step by step and provided written instructions and post procedure products that was more than sufficient. Addie and staff were great and my results exceeded my expectation. I would definitely return. The cost for the procedure was $200, excluding my tip.

Office staff is all business. Medical staff were nice. But I didn't think anyone there has a good bedside manners. One of doctors did seem to want to listened and was up selling me. I waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room and probably another ten to fifteen in the exam room. Doc comes in within five minutes his assistant is coming in to have him fill out and sign something else.
