We called more than 15 Plumbers, between no answering, not returning our calls, extremely high prices, very bad customer service or just plain rude ladies on the phone. Juan from Laredo Plumbing texted us reaching out with a very cordial and professional message. I called him immediately he was extremely nice and cordial explained to me he didn't get to answer because he was at a job site. I told him we appreciate you reaching back to us in such a humble manner. I canceled the other 2 ride Plumbers and went with Laredo. Juan shows up at 7:30am in a beautiful professional work van, he gets off we greet each other and he immediately starts work right after shutting down...read full review

Juan is an excellent Plumber. The man is honest and very professional honestly we are so glad we found him. Everyone else wants to milk every dollar out of you with bad service, horrible customer care and with minimal effort. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Laredo Plumbing if you want a Plumber you can trust for years to come. Thank you Juan you're the freaking man!!!
