I started doing my taxes with this company in 2016, the first couple of years were great but then came 2020… i had waited more than 3 months for it until I called them and they replied with “we’re sorry we made an error with your application” which was fine because humans do make mistakes and I did receive it towards the end of the year although the whole situation was inconvenient … then 2021 came around and the same thing happened…I was waiting for more than 3 months until I called them and their excuse was “im sorry I haven’t done your taxes yet i forgot because I been too busy”…imagine your waiting for your income tax to come in and then you call...read full review

If a person is willing to commit 118 fraudulent PPP loan applications with the government. I can just imagine the amount of people they screwed over that couldn’t afford to do anything about it.

This place is horrendous, they double and triple book their appointments and you have to wait for hours 3 or 4 after your scheduled appointment time. They don’t care for the clients and even less for their health. It’s such a small office and no less than 20 people were in a 10x5 feet lobby . They schedule up specially close to the deadline because they know people won’t leave in fear of missing the deadline for tax filing.
