He fixed a recent driver state error problem that the Windows 10 automated utility could not fix in 3 hrs of trying and he updated an 8 year old laptop with a digital drive that makes it run better than new, all at reasonable cost with next day and even a same day turnaround.John is a very capable, honest technician who performs for reasonable cost with negligible downtime. I could not be more pleased to call him John, MY Computer Man!

Great, Fast Service. Fair Price. Check with Green Cove's The Computer Guy before either paying for that extended warranty or taking your computer/laptop to big guy store. Didn't trust the Extended Warranty "Deal" offered for my laptop, per research on web. Gave The Computer Guy a try. In short order...after double checking their work...they informed that my problem was a bad updated driver. Reasonable price for their labor and off we go.
