I had a really great experience getting my a/c fixed! I can’t remember his name, but the man who came to fix my a/c at Margaret manor apartments through alligator realty (same day) was professional, nice and efficient! He answered all questions I had and throughly cleaned out my a/c. 10/10 would recommend!
Myles was absolutely fantastic! The install was smooth and after it he took the time to explain what he did and the details of our warranty. No to mention, his music selection was the best!!
As a real estate professional, I work with HVAC companies and their technicians on a regular basis. I have to say that I am blown away by the service I recently experienced with Stellar Services of North Florida. Our technician, Tarah Macwithey, was far and away the most knowledgeable and solution focused professional I have ever come into contact within the field. She took her time listening to me explain the issues we were having and went about the troubleshooting process with expert level focus. She was polite, pro-active, on time and communicated professionally with my customer. Hands down, best experience I've ever had!
