I've gone to this salon for about 2 years now & always love my nails. Today I'm very disappointed. It was busy which is expected but I had to wait over an hour & watched 2 other ladies get service before me. When I stated that it was dismissed. One could have had an appt but I know for sure another was a walkin . All I ask is that all customes are treated the same.

Loved the free drink with a pedicure! The margarita was really good. The nail tech was a little rough because she was moving fast but overall was a good pedicure. The woman doing my eyebrows took a phone call while working on me which I felt was a little rude and made me worry she would mess up, but they turned out nice. They did not let me get any rewards (which I didn't know they had until checking out) because I didn't check in before my service. Spending $60 and not allowing me to get rewards as a new customer was pretty lame.

I love this nail spa!! It's so relaxing- no blaring tvs, nice relaxing music. You get a free drink with your pedicure. I've never had to wait, but it's also never empty. They even have two cute children's pedicure chairs. They make my (short, not well cared for) nails look amazing!
