Unfortunately Mr. Feng doesn't realize there can sometimes be a language barrier. They do NOT have a bad attitude at this spa. Jessica has worked really hard to give me a good massage. I almost always have bad nerve pain in my neck and shoulders due to the heavy work at my game bird farm/hunt camp.These people are real massage therapists who are trying to do their best for the customer and experience the American dream and you want to write a bad review because you didn't feel they responded adequately and in time to your phone call? My shoulders was super tight and I was in pain. I came here and Jessica did the most amazing job ever!!! Also the environment is peaceful.My shoulders are back to normal and I feel awesome. This is the best place to go to for a body massage. I will come back.

A very good experience, where an Asian guy received me, very thoughtful, very professional! I will once again patronize the store, and intends to make an appointment again the professional masseuse.
