The best 90 minutes hot yoga experience I've had with instructor Elizabeth. Challenging and peaceful. Elizabeth keeps you grounded and encourages you to try new things. I signed up as a drop in and would definitely do it again.

I returned to Centered on Yoga today after being away for several months post Covid and travel time away from Amelia Island.My heart was full of joy and of coming home.This place is very special. There is a welcoming energy that is somewhat difficult to convey. It is like a cocoon of acceptance and pure love. I hugged Elizabeth. I believe that I will always be a part of this community. I can’t imagine otherwise. Thank you Elizabeth and Dan for all of this. Cheryl

So glad I did some research and found this studio! I attended two All Levels Heated Flow classes, while on vacation, and was made to feel welcome in both. There was no pressure and was encouraged to flow at your own pace.Saven and Elizabeth are amazing instructors!I highly suggest checking them out!I will be back for sure!
