I've been using the Cat Clinic for several years. Dr. Ashley & staff are wonderful & treat my babies with loving care. They've held my hand when I had to help my babies across the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Ashley always takes the time to discuss issues & concerns; she understands my emphasis on quality of life & my need to provide the best life possible for my babies. Best of all, she's close to my residence! I can get my babies to her before they start CATerwauling. Yes, she's expensive, but totally worth it. I won't go anywhere else.
I don't foresee ever taking my cats anywhere else.
Stephanie, at the front desk, is always so patient, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Mersereau is also so very patient, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate how Dr. Mersereau is very upfront with her exam/medical plan for kitty and what the fee will be. She explains each step thoroughly and I learn a lot from her at each visit. She patiently listens to my concerns and gives her educated facts and compassionate opinion.
And not to forget Becky. She is so gentle and kind to my kitten whenever he goes in for a visit.

Honestly, if I could give Cat Clinic a million stars…. I would. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our precious kitty today, and I can’t say enough for the kind, compassionate, knowledgeable staff that got us through it all. They have been my kitty’s doctor since we moved here to Fernandina, and he recently developed a cancerous tumor that he succumbed to. Through it all, I was given truthful advice and counseling while also being treated with respect and dignity. They understand how much our pets mean to us. This staff has cried right alongside me.
