When I called because my HVAC was not working, they set up an appointment for the next morning. Irving was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the system up and running within an hour.
Fabian said he would be here between 12-1 and was here at 11:30 allowing me time to make my appointment. He was respectful to me and my family. I will sure call Autumn Air Conditioning for my future needs.
Great experience with Autumn Air. Irving came promptly to diagnose our non cooling issue. Considering it was July in Florida time was of the essence! He reviewed the issue of the leak in the system and our options to remedy it. He was not high pressure. I felt he gave us all our options and let us decide with no pressure. We were able to research whether to replace partial or the whole system, and the prices for such replacements. They returned a day later and replaced our whole system, and even installed a new thermostat that can be controlled by an app on my phone!
