Oh wow, this place is great in terms of customer service. I went with my 2 year old who literally wanted everything from the store. But we ended up getting a floaty for him and couple of water toys. The employee was so patient and assisted us with all the things. She was able to see what size he would need the floaty and decided to put air in for us so we can try it before leaving. Awesome experience and we will definitely be back for all our pool needs. This was my first time ever at pinch a Penny and I highly recommend this location for great customer service. Anything pool related, this is your store!!!

Mike and his team are great people and always willing to help. This is the only place I go for chemicals or any pool related issues. Great work and a fair price. Highly recommended.

Always top notch. Mike, Teri and team are always accommodating and have a solution to every challenge I bring. They are the best of the best in all the many years I have owned a pool.
