Very professional staff they checked my car and told me I did not need a hybrid battery replacement something the dealer said we needed. They saved me a lot of money I am very grateful
Greentec Auto gave me a great experience. My Prius C hybrid battery needed replacement. I called them and they took care of me right away. In addition, they also showed me other issue going on with my vehicle that they recommended me to take care of. I recommend Greentec Auto 100%.
I can not write a review on the part that I have purchased since my car needs more work before I can test it out but I sure can write a review about the installation process on my hybrid battery that was performed by Alvin. Alvin was so attentive, professional and knowledgeable even though my car was the first Lexus he has ever worked on he did a great job walking me through the installation process, getting all the answers that I needed and having the courtesy of warning me about the safety issues that I may face in the future if I leave them unattended. even though it was hot as hell that day he didnt complain and kept his smile on throughout the whole process.
