I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for a job well done. Unfortunately, the majority of people send complaints. Quite the contrary.The workers were incredible working long hours, being courteous to inquiring residents,and ensured that the area exposed was carefully protected to ensure that the area was safe. In an elderly community, that was a critical factor as they are often curious (it helps them to ask questions to occupy some of their time). Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner.The residents in our building are impressed with the job. Fantastic job from evaluating the water remediation estimate to reconstruction. Professional and courteous crews who did excellent work. Good communication and reasonable prices along with fair and informative advice. Very happy I did read the reviews, it worked out well !
