I was told by three different roofing companies that I needed a new roof. I called Gavin Roofing and they came to look at my roof. I had a leak and they said they could fix it. I scheduled the appointment and they came out to fix my leak. we have had three torrential rainfalls since. Not one drop has entered my home. I am more than ecstatic with the results. We've used Gavin Roofing several times over the past 15 years, most recently in 2019 for roof repairs and re-shingling of our entire roof. If not THE best, these guys are among the best roofers in Pasco. Very knowledgable, competent, hard-working, professional and conscientious, not to mention affordable! Gavin Roofing installed a new metal roof for us back in November and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were on time every morning, worked hard and did not leave a mess behind. I highly recommend them for this area. The prices were also very fair compared to other quotes we received.
