I had the best experience with Mary! I was suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck for 2 weeks. I went to 2 different places to get a massage, I got an alignment, I did acupuncture, I was using a heating pad, and I was taking anti inflammatory pills, but nothing was working!! I’m so happy that I was able to get an appointment because I felt better the moment she started working on my arms, neck and chest. That night was the first night in 2 weeks that I was able to sleep a full night. She’s also the sweetest!! I left there very relaxed. Thank you Mary! I will be telling everyone about you!!

For several years I've been suffering from arthritis at the base of my thumbs causing pretty severe pain and limited range of motion in my hands. After only one session I can now move my thumbs freely without pain. Mary Heydemann is an amazing practitioner, incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything that she was doing and gave great insight into the cause of my pain and how I can continue the treatment that she started. This was my first experience with reflexology and I'm so happy I tried it.
