Hanna is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. One time I picked a funky color and when I was having my toes done after all my nails were finished I couldn't help but feel like a hated the color I had picked. I explained to Hanna and she so graciously changed my color free of charge. Also I came in one time with one broken nail, I wasn't due for a fill for a week so I figured I'd just pay to have the one nail done. Hanna did it free of charge. Another time I came in and had a horrible cramp in my neck/back from sleeping bad the night before. Hanna assistant came and put pain relieving medicine and massaged my back! No charge! 4th visit to Queen Nail. All good so far. Nail technician Jason has proven to be skilled and careful. He is also very polite, as are the rest of the staff. I appreciate all of these attributes but Jasons attention to detail is impressive. I am done with the cookie cutter assembly line shops. I much prefer the atmosphere and customer service of smaller shops.

Excellent service, friendly and clean/sanitary. They respected if you wanted regular and didn’t try to push or upsell or get upset. Because of that we will always come back next time to do gel, acrylic etc in the future. 5 stars!
