Bergau Plumbing did a great job plumbing my new home in 1975 with Beyer Builders, so when we had had an emergency water leak in 5 year new home I called Bergau to replace the PEX plastic valve in the utility room with a metal valve ! We later decided to replace the remaining 14 plastic valves thruout our home with metal replacements. The plumber ,Keto Douglas was very helpful by first showing us the new all metal valve replacements and how they are installed. Very pleased with a job well done!

Honestly can't say how happy we were with this business. Hurricane Ian took out some plumbing issues within our home and the gents at Bergau came right out, got us back up and running, and the turn around was barely felt! They were personable, professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Took the stress away from the experience. Since relocating here recently as lifelong residents from the Midwest, we were previously accustomed to true customer service wherever you went! That is CLEARLY NOT the same down here in SWFL. We found that trust we had known before with Bergau. Do not hesitate with this company as they are the real deal!Service: Water heater installation
